Planning An Adventure Themed Wedding? Here Are Some Tips For Two Harbors Tours

By Ronald Powell

In order to have a wedding like no other, it requires that individuals getting married think like no other. Want to get married in the middle of time square? Or the foot of Mount Rushmore? It s possible but it will be rather a left field. For most people who want an adventure wedding it means going to a different country, even if it means crossing the border just south or north of the continent, or Two Harbors Tours in Catalina Island.

Regardless, two things need to be taken into account before it can happen. The first is whether or not it is allowed because nobody wants to spend their honeymoon locked up in a jail cell waiting for their in-laws to bail them out because it is seriously not a good look, nor is it the ideal first impression people want to give once they re married.

The next thing that needs to happen is to ensure that the venue and the theme coincide, 1950 s America would make a great theme for the dress code of all your guests. The bride can dress as Marilyn Monroe or even pick a Bonnie & Clyde theme and have all the guests dress as unscrupulous individuals. Not only is the idea fun but memorable too.

As much as media would have people believe that the day is all about the bride, the sad reality is that it s not the case. And therefore it s important for both partners to have a say in order to make the wedding memorable for both of them because no one want to go on a trip they won t enjoy even if that trips so happens to be their wedding. Compromise is the key to ensuring that everybody gets what they want.

If it s going to be beyond special it might as well be a true adventure. And true adventures require expert levels of planning. The adventure could be taken in the literal sense and be turned into some kind of treasure hunt for the wedding venue or if people aren t willing to be that risky, have the venue in a faraway land that none of the guests have ever been to.

From this point, it means that all that is left is to enjoy the wedding and hope that nobody objects to why your dearly beloved and yourself shouldn t be united. If the reception is to be as special as the wedding, such provisions should be made for it as well, if not then one can take a breath at pulling off a successful wedding.

If all of the above seems a bit much. Then the consideration of enlisting a wedding planner who deals specifically with adventure-related weddings should be sought out and quickly. Because the type of wedding is a niche, chances are there aren t that many planners to begin with and the sooner one is snapped up the better.

Marriage isn t for everyone and for those who have the tenacity to make it to that point, they all want to remember the day. However, one doesn t need to fit the norm and can customize their celebration to whatever it needs to be, even an adventure. After all, it is your day.
